The Kingdom - A Conservation Story A Cinematic Poem Short Film In Bhutan Directed By Matthew K. Firpo (2018)

“A love letter to conservation, our changing climate, and the difference one person can make in a great big world. This is the quiet story of Sonam Phuntsho, a forest caretaker in the Kingdom of Bhutan, who has spent the last 60 years planting over 100,000 trees by hand.

We’re eternally grateful to Sonam Phuntsho who welcomed us into his home and his life, and to the volunteer team of artists that gave all of themselves to share his story.

China-A Prisma Tale Cinematic Time-Lapse Short Film Directed by Drew Geraci

“A recent journey to China yielded fantastic imagery that was yearning to be used. We decided that we would take the highly popular Prisma App to the next level and re-shoot an entire time-lapse video using the app itself. After more than 80 hours of post production and 2500 individual frames we were able to complete this tedious project and hand stitch it all together. The result is an immersive experience that paints a completely different picture from reality.”

“The Wind” by Hadaa Sendoo

Coming naked
Leaving naked

When we were born
There was the wind only
When we die
There will be the wind only

In my dream
You have stroked my dry hair and passed through
The despaired stone mark of national boundaries

You pass over the land with nothing
You have kissed the quiet sky
Roaring at the alive abjection

Where will the fragrance of wind go
Where will the retribution to wind come

We know nothing about
The tender wind
The weeping wind
The wandering wind
The singing wind
